How to use Cipher Stream
These are some of the elements you will find on the cipher pages.
All elements that appear on a page are necessary for encryption.
Once every field on the page is filled the encryption/decryption will take place automatically.
Preserve Element Slider
These sliders indicate what categories of elements in the input message will be preserved through the coding process.
They are normally listed as Capitals, Symbols (punctuation and other special characters), and Whitespace.
Remember: The more elements you leave in the cipher text the easier it will be to crack!
Encoding/Decoding Button
Click this button to toggle between the input being encoded or decoded.
Number Selector
Click the up and down arrows to select a number as a key.
Keyword
Enter a keyword used in the encryption.
Input
Enter text here to be encoded or decoded, depending on the Coding Button selection.
Output
This is where the result of the encoding or decoding of the message will appear.
